      "body": "Subject to Client's payment in full of all amounts due under the applicable SOW, Acme Studio hereby assigns to Client all right, title, and interest in and to the deliverables identified in such SOW as work product, excluding Acme Studio's pre-existing materials and any general tools or methodologies developed in the course of its business."

      "body": "This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the other party.",
